Never enough time in the day. Last night I got NOWHERE on my site...stuck in dreamweaver tutorials for what seemed like hours. It was actually only one hour, but at 9 at night one hour is very precious.

Time for a rant. My son, whom I ADORE, is making me crazy today. What would I do without my mother here to help me with him? I don't know. I feel so frustrated by him sometimes...and I don't want to wish this time of exploration and wonder away but COME ON!

Check out my friends at Solertium. They are awesome.

Okay time to start fresh...maybe this blog thing will be catchy for me. I seem to crave more and more outlets for creativity...now if I can just make it a point to post.

Family update...Ella is three and a half. She is the bomb. Smart as hell. She reads like it is her job. Holden is nineteen months and a holy terror. He keeps us laughing, that is for sure. Lately he has this expression where he scrunches his eyebrows together and looks very upset. When he gets in trouble he runs to someone, whoever is around, and gives them that look and raises his hands like, "what happened?" He is a riot.

Shawn starts his MBA at William & Mary on Saturday. I am highly excited for him, but boy this house is going to be nonstop. Hang on.

Is it possible that I have not posted on here for one full year?! Amazing how time passes so quickly.

We have added a son to our family, Holden Henry Gundrum. He is the sweetest baby, so calm, so happy. We are so blessed.

It follows that it is much more difficult to get anything done these days. Book wise, work wise, housecleaning wise. I just submitted my second book to Red Cygnet, the publisher of Good Morning Sunshine. I am waiting anxiously for their response.

Shawn is traveling a good amount with his new job. (well new since April) Ella is going to school (a 2s class) three mornings a week this fall, thank goodness! I am hoping the extra time will give me a chance to pick up some more illustration/design work. I continue to teach at SCAD for their online dept. I enjoy the interaction with the students and hope that I keep getting assigned classes.

Thats it so far!
